Fabiola Segovia

Managing Partner

Fabiola Segovia is a bilingual attorney serving the Dallas and surrounding community. She practices civil litigation in wrongful death and personal injury cases. She is devoted to representing people in high-stakes,  complex litigation, and has dedicated her professional life to helping people in their time of need.

Her passion for law began when she worked at a few law firms to pay her way through college. She soon realized she wanted to help others, leading to a career change to the legal field.

During her time in law school, she was very active in volunteering. She was a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, and at the Probate Court No.1 in Dallas County. She was also a Teaching Fellow for the Legal Writing Department at UNT Dallas College of Law. During her last year in law school, she worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) attorneys.

Segovia is a guest lecturer at UNT Dallas College of Law and is a founding board member of the Law Review at the UNT Dallas College of Law where she wrote articles for the Spanish-speaking community. She is the first attorney from UNT Dallas College of Law inducted into the Mac Taylor Inn of Court.

Segovia is the youngest of two siblings born to immigrant parents from Mexico. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and her Juris Doctor law degree from the UNT Dallas College of Law in 2017.
